[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 8/26/17

Carrier signals heard from WSW on 558, 612 (4QR?) and 702 (2BL?) this morning.  The carrier on 612 was stronger than usual but faded away just before local sunrise (1158 UTC).  Again, no Asian signals were observed.
