[IRCA] TP 13 Aug Victoria version

More Asia today, but more DU too, as they took advantage of the lower interference level around sunrise.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

774 JOUB....man in Japanese 1116UT //828; many times after this
828 JOBB man in Japanese //774 1223UT

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

747 JOIB man in Japanese 1130UT //774
972 HLCA man in Korean 1211UT
1566 HLAZ man in Chinese 1203UT

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

594 JOAK men and woman in Japanese 1213UT
612 4QR man in DU English 1234UT, paralleled with others later
702 2BL man in DU English 1308UT //612

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

594 3WV man talking //612, very weak 1309UT
738 2NR woman talking 1248UT //612
873 JOGB man talking //774 1243UT
1206 pop music, off channel carrier 1225UT, assumed Yanbian
1287 man and woman talking Japanese inflection 1123UT
1422 man mumbling in a Japanese sort of way 1121UT and later; lots of splash

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter) 891 945 954 963 1053 1143 1179 1242 1251 1323 1386 1503 1575 1593 seemed to be Asian;
  531 558 567 576 603 756 819 891 1098 1548 seemed to be DU

best wishes,

Nick
