[IRCA] TP 10Aug Victoria version
Still Asian today, not as much zip as yesterday.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
1566 HLAZ woman in Japanese 1232UT, faded up from lackluster start of
Japanese broadcast; soon faded down again
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
the above passing through
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
828 JOBB man in Japanese 1106UT
972 HLCA man in Korean, another man on phone 1121UT
1566 HLAZ woman in Chinese 1113UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
594 pop music, then man talking Japanese inflection 1129-30
693 man talking, Japanese inflections, sneaking past 690 splat 1131UT
747 JOIB English lesson //828 1208UT
774 man talking Japanese inflection 1053UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
891 1053 1143 1206 1323 1386 1503 1575 seemed to be Asian;
612 756 1215 seemed to be DU
best wishes,
