[IRCA] TP 27 July Victoria version
Not as lively today, and not really much sign of life until around
1200UT, and not for very long
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
594 828 972 1566 seemed to be Asian;
702 756 891 1098 1116 1503 seemed to be DU
