[IRCA] TP 12 July Victoria version
Mostly DU, and very little audio.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):

noise could be understood by a native speaker:

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
603 slow rhythmic music 1120UT; Waatea?
612 man talking energetically, sports? sounded like DU English
1223UT, and in and out until 1245UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
774 1566 seemed to be Asian;
567 594 675 756 828 855 891 1017 1098 1386 seemed to be DU
