[IRCA] TP 7 Jun Victoria version
A few Asian carriers, some close to audio, and a couple of DUs; three
audios total
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
no
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
no
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
891 man talking DU English 1157UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
1098 man mumbling 1129UT, strong carrier, Marshalls? Didn't stick around.
1287 traces of pop music 1122UT, JOHR?
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
747 1134 1566 seemed to be Asian;
nothing else seemed to be DU
best wishes,
Nick
