[IRCA] TP 25 May Victoria version
A fair bit more Asia to start with today followed by quite a bit
less DU after 1200UT
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
no
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
774 JOUB man in Japanese, then woman, followed by interlude music
1108UT; this had fairly good signals on and off until past 1130UT
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
747 JOIB man in Japanese 1103UT //774
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
594 man talking, Japanese inflection 1128UT
1017 woman talking, not //774, and seemed too laid back for CRI,
1118UT, Tonga on late?
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
567 837 891 972 1206 1287 seemed to be Asian;
675 702 756 seemed DU
best wishes,
Nick
