Just to provide a little more evidence of the
awesome Kona propagation, here is the full sign off routine
of 621-Tuvalu starting at 0957 UTC and ending up at 1002.
This includes the usual female announcer, choral music and
presumed national anthem-- most of which is at S9 + 80dB.
After the 1002 programming sign off there is apparently an
open carrier still on the frequency, judging by the
continuing 1 kHz heterodyne with the domestics on 620.
