I would have to agree, Colin. 657-Pyongyang's signals have dramatically improved since a year ago, even though they were always one of the stronger second-tier Asians here (unfortunately). Either they've improved their antenna, or surreptitiously boosted transmitter power. After all, when you don't care about any international agreements, why limit yourself to 1,500 kW?
