A good way to get help with ID if you don't speak Spanish is to tape it and
then go over it and if you still can't make out the ID, have one of us who
speaks some Spanish take a listen.
Caracas commonly is mixed with WSB in the eastern half of N.Am.. including
here. 73 KAZ near Chicago
