[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 27 February 2017

   The Japanese big guns did very well this morning, but that didn't 
result in any of the more exotic Japanese reaching audio.  All Japanese 
on the lower band, but nearer the top end was also getting DU carriers 
and some audio.  4QD had its best performance of 2017, and the X-band 
had a number of interesting carriers, though only 1701 produced any audio.

774    JOUB    Akita, JAPAN    Good signal with closing of English 
lesson at 1258.

828	JOBB	Osaka, JAPAN	Fair signal with end of English lesson at 1259, 
then time pips.

873	JOGB	Kumamoto, JAPAN    Just traces of talk, then time pips at 1400.

1548	4QD	Emerald, AUSTRALIA	Fair at 1400, with ABC news fanfare, then 
news read by a woman.

1566	HLAZ	Jeju, S.KOREA	Poor, with woman in Japanese at 1302.

1575	VOA	THAILAND	Man in SE Asian language at 1402.

1791.03	unID	AUSTRALIA	Poor, with Koran recitation at 1403.
