A bit more "normal" morning, with stronger big guns in the 1300-1400UT
period, but lots of carriers still and some weak audios. Nothing too
outstanding at sunrise, but several stations produced audio one to two
hours after local sunrise, in a couple of cases, their best audio of the
morning.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at
least briefly):
774 JOUB man in Japanese 1313UT...not as good later on, but held through
to 1535UT s/off today with weak music box
1566 HLAZ woman in Korean 1643-4UT, nearly as good with man and woman in
Korean 1722UT
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by
a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
747 JOIB English lessons 1441-2UT
972 HLCA woman in Korean 1548UT; man in Korean 1625UT.
1287 JOHR man and woman in Japanese, 1649UT, laughter, then into pop music
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise
could be understood by a native speaker:
594 JOAK woman in Japanese 1303UT; heard as late as 1602UT, but
considerably weaker.
693 JOAB English lessons 1448UT, CBU-690 splash somewhat subdued just then
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at
by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)
558 soft music 1405UT; HLQH?
567 JOIK two men talking //594 1420UT
702 NHK2 man talking //774 1435UT
873 JOGB man talking //774 1411UT
738 man talking, maybe Korean? 1331UT
1134 woman talking, Japanese inflection and liveliness 1448UT
1188 JOKP man talking 1554UT, //594 which faded down as this faded up...an
hour after local sunrise
1206 woman talking 1309UT, off channel, so likely Yanbian
1242 jazz guitar 1450UT
1422 man talking 1446UT, Japanese inflection
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
639 711 846 864 891 1098 1143 1179 1323 1332 1503 seemed to be Asian;
612 likely DU?
