Re: [IRCA] LW BC 2/17/17



Well he didn't say he heard anything. And the time signals uses some form of modulation, else they could not be sent! It is phase modulated and in a perfect world with a perfect signal and perfect radio, it won't be audible to an AM receiver.

But what was Richard hearing?  I remember hearing a mixing product on the
same frequency as Allouis.  I understood that he time signals are
unmodulated.  Walt
