You're a broadcast engineer, if I remember right.
I'm a volunteer with KBFG, an LPFM in Seattle. We're trying to hook up with the are emergency services networks. To do that, we're seeking a small grant. The facility where our transmitter will be has a great backup generator (2 days worth, carefully maintained as it is a retirnement home with people that depend on electricity).
So the question is: will we get extra points in our grant search because of our backup power? Or do so many broadcasters have backup power that it is not a factor? I know some of our local guys have backups but don't know the overall picture.

They seem to be running the 28kW day facility at 2022 2/13/17. Korean
Format.
I have noted that they seem to be on something other than the night
antenna system (1kW) quite often in the last few weeks.
