I don't use carbon film resistors on outdoor antennas as they are not as robust as carbon or metal composition resistors.
See http://w8ji.com/beverages.htm and scroll down to the section about what type resistor to use.
In addition, it's good to have a totally non-inductive resistor.
Were it my choice, I'd have used : https://www.dxengineering.com/parts/dxe-ecm-r470-2
