[IRCA] TP 4 Feb Victoria version
Not a great morning, but there were some audios. Low band Asians
were more dominant earlier, but there was a bit of a sunrise lift
also, and quite a lot of DU carriers, not quite making it to audio
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
not today
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
594 JOAK man in Japanese 1304UT, didn't amount to much later
774 JOUB woman and man in Japanese 1510UT; still doing fairly well at
1540UT with JOUB ID, NHK mention, anthem and music box
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
612 4QR man on phone to woman in studio, DU English 1524UT
747 JOIB man talking //828 1515UT, better on north Flag; still
noticed weakly 1541UT with chimes after anthem
828 JOBB woman and man in Japanese //774 1510UT, weak chimes 1542UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
972 man and woman talking, Korean likely, 1347UT
1116 man talking, DU English inflection 1527UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
873 1323 1566 1593 seemed to be Asian; 531 567 576 621 675 792 891
1044 1098 1503 seemed DU
best wishes,
Nick
