[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 23 January 2017

 Had time to check my earlier recordings this morning, and it seemed 
that the best signals were 2-3 hours prior to sunrise, which is now just 
past 1500 here.

594    JOAK    Tokyo, JAPAN    Was best at 1157 with fair signal.  Also 
in at 1300, but at poor level

693    JOAB    Tokyo, JAPAN    The best performer today, with man in 
Japanese at 1257 bordering on good level.  The only one still at fair 
level at 1500..

747    JOIB    Sapporo, JAPAN   Poor, with language lesson at 1258.

774    JOUB    Akita, JAPAN    Most often the best JA here, but an 
underachiever today, with a poor level at 1159 being the best it could 
do. Just time pips audible at 1500.

1386	NHK2	synchros, JAPAN	 Precisely like yesterday, time pips heard at 
1500, but that was it.

1566	HLAZ	Cheju, S.KOREA	 Traces of talk at 1258

Nothing in the way of a sunrise enhancement today.
