[IRCA] TP 21 Jan Victoria version
The signal strength monitor again said that the low band big guns
were doing pretty well around 1100UT-1200UT, but the SDR was still sleeping.
No sunrise enhancement at all today. All but one audio seemed to be Asian.

understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
612 woman talking on phone with man, DU English inflection, 1521-2UT,
likely 4QR
747 JOIB man and woman talking //774 1309UT
828 JOBB woman talking //774 1304UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
972 1287 1323 seemed to be Asian; 1098 more likely DU
