[IRCA] TP 19 Jan Victoria version

Not an outstanding morning by any means with no sunrise enhancement particularly, but a few audios just the same. All seemed to be Asian.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

back to normal

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

not today

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

1566 HLAZ man in Japanese 1321UT, and got back up to this level at times during the shut down of the Japanese program.

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

594 woman talking, Japanese inflection 1531UT
747 JOIB man talking //774, 1525UT, then a chanting oriental sounding vocal
774 JOUB as above, but also noted 1356UT w/man talking, fading down to Chinese lessons s/off tune and pips

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)

972 1314 1593 seemed to be Asian; 1098 more likely DU

best wishes,

Nick
