[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 1/10/17

This morning it was almost as if Nigel's DX-proof blanket had slide over my QTH.  Only a couple of weak carrier signals on 612 and 702 kHz in the minutes before sunrise at 1341 GMT.  A carrier was also heard on 1098 at 0717.   According to those who know, the solar winds of the past few days are departing our earthly environment.  So maybe things will improve somewhat in the coming days.
