[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 12/20/16

1566 HLAZ Cheju KOR monitored 1320-1400 GMT (LSR 1337).  Japanese service was barely audible at 1336; poor from 1340 to close at 1344:30; Chinese language heard at 1345; barely audible Chinese talk in XERF-1570 splatter at 1352; music at 1354; fading away at 1356 with fragmentary signal traces until 1359.  Signal was not as strong as yesterday.
1593 unID (CNR?) barely audible fragments of audio at 1347-1348.

No other TP signals observed.
