Between 0515 and 0600, I'm hearing the following:  
162 Radio France fair.
171 Medi 1 poor-to-fair.
183 Europe 1 poor.
189 RÃV RÃs 2 barely audible.
198 BBC barely audible.
216 Radio Monte Carlo poor-to-fair.
252 Radio Algerienne fair.

The best signals is France 162, has been heard since after sunset.  Algeria 252 is equal in strength but has severe NDB QRM.
