[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 3 December 2016

     I knew full this morning that reception was unlikely to match 
yesterday's stellar performance.   That indeed turned out to be the 
case, as the Japanese big guns again did well, down only a little from 
yesterday, but the second tier Japanese in general weren't making audio 
today.


594    JOAK    Tokyo, JAPAN    Already good at 1259 with woman in 
Japanese, then time pips at the hour.
639	unID	JAPAN	Heard NHK time pips at 1300, but not enough signal to 
know whether it was NHK1 or NHK2.
666    JOBK    Osaka, JAPAN    Instrumental music, then man talking in 
Japanese at 1415, //594.
693    JOAB    Tokyo, JAPAN    Didn't do much until 1330, when noted 
with man in Japanese thru splatter.  CBU was more potent than normal 
today for some reason.
729	JOCK	Nagoya, JAPAN	Nothing like yesterday's signal, but heard time 
pips, then man in Japanese at 1300.
747	JOIB	Sapporo, JAPAN   Man in Japanese, good level at 1405.

774    JOUB    Akita, JAPAN    Not quite at yesterday's level, but still 
had a potent signal at 1403 with man in Japanese.
828    JOBB    Osaka, JAPAN    First noted at 1300 with time pips, then 
few seconds of music before going into language lesson.  The strongest 
TP at 1300.
1071	unID	Heard NHK stye time pips at 1300, but little else.  JOFK?

1098	V7AB	Majuro, MARSHALL IS	Weak signal, but the vocals had a distinct 
island flair, so assume Marshalls.  This at 1057.
1116	unID	Back to 4BC heard today, with man talking at 1259, then time 
pips and into news by woman.
1188	JOKP	Kitami, JAPAN	Poor, with woman in Japanese at 1259, then NHK 
time pips.
1566    HLAZ    Cheju, S.KOREA    Fair with Christmas hymn at 1257, then 
talk in Japanese.

If I hadn't experienced yesterday, today would have seemed quite lively 
relative to recent weeks.  774 was actually doing well at 0655 last 
night, even before I went to bed.
