[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 11/19/16

Reception of signals from across the Pacific continues to be mediocre here. JOUB-774 was barely audible-to-poor at 1245-1300, but its signal faded away before sunrise (1313). Weak carrier on 702 (2BL?) from DU at 1303. Also, a carrier on 828 kHz from Asia, probably JOBB, at 1308. No signals observed on 594, 657, 747, 792, 972, 1053, 1116 and 1566 when checked.

Last evening, Radio France Inter-162 with poor-to-fair signal at 0405-0509. Radio Monte Carlo-216 was barely audible briefly at 0420.
