[IRCA] TP 18 Nov Victoria version

The real Asiatic opening this morning was from about 1300-1330UT, though there was a near sunrise enhancement to weaker levels from 1445 to after 1500UT. Today I'll place the earlier enhancement in parentheses.

..

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

(594 JOAK man in Japanese 1305UT, many Trump mentions)
(747 JOIB Korean lesson 1309UT)
(774 JOUB Korean lesson 1308UT)
(1566 HLAZ man in Japanese 1305UT)

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

(972 HLCA man in Korean 1309UT)
(1053 Korean jammer 1307, 1351UT) ...seemed to go off not long after 1400UT

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

(567 JOIK man in Japanese //594 1318UT)
594 JOAK man in Japanese 1500UT, no pips noted on hour
(828 JOBB woman in Japanese 1337UT)
828 JOBB man in Japanese 1451UT, also 747 and 774 turned up in the 10 minutes after 1445UT
972 HLCA man in Korean 1456UT
1566 HLAZ woman in Chinese 1503UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

(873 JOGB woman and man, musical interlude //774 1322UT)
1134 pop music 1450UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter) lots of near audio here

603 612 693 738 891 1044 1098 1116 1206 1242 1287 1323 1386 1422

best wishes,

Nick
