[IRCA] TP 16 Nov Victoria version
A bit of activity after 1300UT, then a bit between 1430 and 1500UT,
then a minor upper band enhancement after 1500UT. Not spectacular,
but not dead either.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
not today
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
738 island sounding pop music 1417UT, assumed Tahiti
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
774 JOUB Korean lessons 1303UT briefly at this level.
1566 HLAZ briefly peaking with Chinese talk by woman 1506UT, clearer
on North Flag, then faded, then slowly returned to this level 1510UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
747 woman talking, more readable on North Flag, assumed JOIB.
828 JOBB woman talking //774 1305UT
1116 pop music 1450UT, man talking, maybe DU English?
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter) lots of near audio here
612 756 891 1098 1377 1575 1593
best wishes,
Nick
