[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 11/13/16

It was a very good morning for sleeping in.  Other than hets on 738 and 1098 kHz nothing was heard.  There was once again traces of something 1116 kHz but no audio was heard.  I had hoped to at least hear the distinctive 4BC time signal but it wasn't to be.  Once again I hope reception is more favorable at locations west of hear.   Now it's time for a good cup of coffee as I listen to Radio Australia!
