[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 10/12/16

Not much was heard here this morning (LSR 1305 GMT).  There was a trace of a signal from HLAZ-1566 kHz at 1236-1254.  Heterodynes on 612 (4QR?) and 702 (2LO?) just before 1300.   The best signal was from 4BC-1116 at 1303 until 1317 sometimes barely audible, but unintelligent.

I hope you're able to hear more.  Good DX all.
