[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 10 November 2016

      A bit of an odd morning.  Had Asians in early, but rather hit or 
miss.  774 had a good signal, yet 693 was only a so-so carrier.  Later 
on the top part of the band did better, with several X-banders near 
audio, though only 1701 made it.  Even that was a bit unusual, in that 
the Melbourne station predominated, rather than the usual Brisvaani from 
Brisbane.

594    JOAK    Tokyo, JAPAN    Man and woman talking in Japanese
		at 1127.

747    JOIB    Sapporo, JAPAN   Man in Japanese at 1128, // much
		stronger 774.

774    JOUB    Akita, JAPAN    Good level at 1126 with "Oh Happy Day"
		sung by a group, then man spoke in Japanese.

1116	4BC	Brisbane, AUSTRALIA	Aussie-accented man talking
		at 1410.

1701.02	 Islamic Voice Radio	Melbourne, AUSTRALIA
		Koran recitations at 1409.  Confirmed identity using
		local SDR.
