[IRCA] Propagation favoring Latin America

Apparently the promised CME is having an affect on reception this evening (morning GMT).  There is either a Mexican or Cuban station on nearly every frequency.  Usually heard WGN-720 was covered by "El Fonografo", XEJCC until it closed down just at 0300.  Now I'm hearing YNRC on the frequency.  WSCR was totally covered by Radio Rebelde.
