[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 11/9/16

Overall TP DX really wasn't good this morning. A het on 738 kHz was the only signal from the southern Pacific. JOUB-774 was heard for awhile with a barely audible to poor signal. There were traces of signals, no audio, on 747, 828, 972 and 1566, as well as a strong het on 990 kHz.

Earlier this morning I observed traces of signals, unfortunately without audio, on 1053 and 1215 at about the time of sunrise at the UK transmitter sites.
