[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 7 November 2016

     Very unusually, my results today closely paralleled Gary's.  Some 
Asian signals at the top end of the band, and a dearth of even decent 
carriers on the lower half.     For Gary that was a step down, but here 
it was a step up, as yesterday was a shutout as far as DU/TP signals went.


1503	unID	Traces of audio with man talking at 1342

1566	HLAZ	Cheju, S.KOREA	  Fair, with woman in Japanese at
		1314.  Improved to good by 1340, and still there at
		1400 when I had to head out the door.

1593	NHK2, JAPAN	Man talking at 1357.  NHK time pips at 1400,
		with another set in the background.


Interestingly 1575 had two carriers.  Presumed VOA was almost in audio 
at times, with another carrier noted slightly on the low side.  1386, 
1413, and 1422 were also in the "almost audio" category.
