[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 11/7/16

DX-wise it was a rather disappointing morning here.  Very little was heard other than hets on 702, 738 and 891, as well as a trace of a signal (no audio) on 1566 after 1300 (LSR) until 1315.  Good DX.
