[IRCA] TP 1 Nov Victoria version
The recovery is taking its sweet time...
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
not remotely
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
well, maybe on a remote receiver in Hawaii?
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
612 4QR with man in DU English, another on the phone 1358UT. ABC
fanfare on hour.
702 assumed 2BL with man in DU English, woman on phone 1439UT
774 JOUB Chinese lessons 1356UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
828 JOBB pips 1400UT, not much else
891 man talking, woman on phone, much laughter, sounded DU English 1355UT
1053 the mighty jammer, brought low 1352UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter) lots of near audio here
747 954 1098
best wishes,
Nick
