[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 11/1/16

Transpacific signals continued to escape being heard here for another day.  The closest I came to hearing something was on 1566 kHz (HLAZ) before 1254 GMT local sunrise.  There were traces of signals on 702 (2BL?), 774 (JOUB?), 792 (from DU), and 1116 (4BC?).
