[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 8 October 2016

           It couldn't decide whether to be an Asian day or a DU day, 
and wound up with very little of either:

594    JOAK    Tokyo, JAPAN    Very weak, with a few syllables of 
Japanese now and again just prior to 1200, and noted the time pips on 
the hour.

774	3LO	Melbourne, AUSTRALIA	Few words now and again at 1255.  Gone 
before 1300.

1116	4BC	Brisbane, AUSTRALIA	Poor, with talk by a man at 1306.

Did hear my first Asian in nearly 2 weeks, but that was the only upside 
today.  The other big boys from Japan had decent carriers around 1200 as 
well, but had faded to near nothing by 1230.  A few DU carriers came up 
after that, but the audio, as noted, was very minimal.
