I am going to pour myself a drink when I finally hear this "jammer" --
which is likely a light dimmer located somewhere...

near Haeju, North Korea...

My session ran from 1315 until 1330 when I bagged in -- obviously before a
useful LSR surge

Admittedly there was much more top tier NHK action and beluga sized Korean
stations wading out of the surf... but not much more at the time.
