[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 10-3

As usual there was no South Pacific audio in this DU dead zone, but despite the dire solar predictions the Asian TP's managed another decent session. Besides the regular big guns there was an unusual appearance from 738-HLKG, a Korean which rarely shows up at this mediocre location.

The NHK and Korean regulars on 594, 693, 747, 774, 828, 972, 1053 and 1566 were all managing fair to good peaks at my late 1310 start time, although there was very little else coming in. Around 1330 a strong carrier appeared on 738, though, and it came into audio around 1335. Instead of the usual BEL2 the station had Korean-inflected speech, playing choral music until the 1400 TOH. At various peaks Korean speech was clearly identified, so the somewhat unusual HLKG ended up having its best audio in Puyallup for several years. Other than this it was mostly another big gun show, with none of the other second tier Asians showing up with more than ghostly audio.
