[IRCA] TP 30 Sep Victoria version

Because I started live listening late, I hadn't realized how Asian 
this morning actually was, though there were 3 Zedders identified 
plus maybe one or two others.  Actually, not that much Australia all told



pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, 
at least briefly):

several were close, but still gnawed by splatter






Reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it 
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

594 JOAK man and woman in Japanese 1345UT
612 4QR female vocal leading to man talking 1359UT, ABC fanfare on 
hour ABC news //702  (first noted  traces of 4QR at 1228UT, but it 
was the only Aussie making an impression)
747 JOIB English lessons 1216UT, bad 750 splash
774 JOUB English lesson 0958UT....and many other times later
828 JOBB Korean lessons 1312UT, much stronger than 774 //



not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or 
noise could be understood by a native speaker:


675 RNZ National man in DU English 1346UT, hints of // on 567, 756
891 JOHK man talking Japanese //594 and stronger 1002UT, and various 
times to past 1300UT
1053 Korean jammer 1214UT
1242 JOLF assumed two women in Japanese 1354UT, better on north Flag, 
still traces 1407UT
1566 HLAZ woman in Japanese 1243UT o/ piano music



Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be 
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in 
talk or music)

567 JOIK woman in Japanese //594 1340UT
585 7RN female vocal, light guitar music //576 traces at 1359UT, 
faded down to fanfare on hour
594 3WV man mumbling  //612 1405UT
657 unID soft music nosing through 660 splash 1340UT  Star?
693 JOAB woman talking //747 1237UT
702 2BL man mumbling //612 1359UT, fanfare etc.
738 unIDs pop music 1226UT.  AT 1356UT man preaching?  English?  also 
slow vocal pop  music, west Flag only
756 RNZ Nationatl woman talking //567 1318UT
774 3LO man  and woman talking, 1403UT, finally snagged parallel with 
612 at 1410UT
909 light vocal music, much better on west Flag 1354UT, Star?
954 man talking, maybe Japanese 1336UT
1134 man talking, Japanese ?  upbeat pop music 1335UT
1548 4QD man talking //612 1243UT


Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or 
ravaged by splatter) lots of near audio here
