[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 9-30-16

Listened from 1303-1322 UT and conditions was good not the best of this year but it was close. Lots of carriers and audio on 7 and signals got better around sunrise for the first time this year. 
 
594Â JOAK hrd at 1314 UT very poor. 
693 JOAB hrd at 1304 UT with man and woman good signal. 
747Â JOIB hrd at 1305 UT with talk fair signal. 
774Â JOUB hrd at 1307 UT good signal. 
828Â JOBB hrd at1317 UT poor signal. 
972Â HLCA hrd at 1309 UT good signal with talk. 
1566 HLAZ hrd at 1317 UT poor signal.
