I checked the dial at 1320 UTC, just before leaving for work, and the results were the same as Gary's. No sign of carriers on 774 972 or 1566. At least now I know I don't have an antenna problem.

Richard, Dennis and Nigel all had better results than the dead band here. No audio or carriers from either the Asian or DU direction-- a primary reason for my multiple ocean cliff DU-DXpeditions every summer.
