[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 9/28/16

Not much was heard here this morning.  Hets from WSW the were audible on 702, 791, and 891 kHz.  An unID signal on 774 with barely audible man talking at 1204, fading in and out until 1226 (LSR 1223).  It might have been from 3LO.

Receiver: Tecsun PL-380 with 8-inch FSL.
