Hi all - here are a couple of last night's loggings:
1. ALGERIA - Coran Radio 1422 kHz (Ouled Fayet) 22 Sep 2016 2258-2303 UTC:
AA mx programming, brief anncmnts and into NA. Good.

2. SUDAN - SRTC Sudan Radio 1296 kHz (Reiba) 22 Sep 2016 2258-0002 UTC,
2328-2333, 2340-2350, and 2358-0003 UTC. ID's by time pips at 1 minute past
the hour in both TOH instances. Example here:

Valencia throughout. Fair to good peaks. AA programming.
Rcdg 1 2259:30-0002 UTC - COPE and their time pips at TOH from 2259-2300:30,
then fade-in of AA mx, ID by woman I believe I hear "Omdurman", clear sets
of pips and what I believe to be another ID by a man. Fair

Rcdg 2 2358:30-0001:30 AA mx selection good strength, COPE pips at TOH (mx
plays through them), anncmt by man at 0000:30, Sudan pips, more anncmts.

3. UNITED KINGDOM - Radio XL 1296 kHz (Birmingham) 22 Sep 2016 2302:30 UTC:
incidental to listening to the above Sudan recordings I heard the attached
male in EE with a station slogan ".broadcasting 24 hours a day,
0121.270.2500.". While I heard no ID this is a Birmingham phone number (I
couldn't find it on the website) and this should be the only EE speaking
station on the frequency.

Well that's it for today, but I'm pretty satisfied with Sudan, I don't see
it reported all that often.
