[IRCA] TA carriers yet again

What does it take to kill these things?  K indices of 2 and 3 for the 
last 24 hours, and still  they appear.

Carriers only (so far, whoops, is that a man talking on 1089?) at 
0405UT:  882 909 1053 1089 1098 (actually 1097.984) 1215 1458 
1485...Gosh is that a bit of music on 1215?

Where am I going to find the time for this morning's DX?
