[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 9-18-16

Listened from 1230-1310 UT and all audio was on the bottom part of the band. At my start time conditions was poor but by 1250 UT conditions was very good but it did not last long and at 1257 conditions went down hill fast.

693Â JOAB poor at 1252 UT with talk. 
747Â JOIB poor at 1251 UT with talk. 
774Â JOUB fair at 1254ÂUT with talk. 
972Â HLCA good at 1256 UT with talk.
