[IRCA] odd morning 1098?

the usual suspects are there, not always strong, but there's one or 
two odd ones as well, occasionally quite good classical music on 
1098, at 1339 with an oriental flavor, Chinese talk (of course in a 
fade), didn't sound like CNR11 or CNR1.  Can't dig out any shortwave 
parallels at present.
