[IRCA] TP 15 Sep Victoria version

Although there were Asians this morning, it really was more a DU morning, from quite early on.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

594 JOAK Japanese man 1311-12UT, someone underneath by 1322UT, seemed //612, so 3WV.

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

612 4QR two men DU English 1329UT, // 774, 549, 594 at various times
738 Tahiti likely pop music 1227UT, electric jazz 1234UT
774 3LO woman on phone, man in studio, DU English. //612, and likely 702, but that was pretty rough, 1351UT
828 JOBB woman in Japanese, then man 1315UT

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:
576 2RN quiet vocal music 1326UT, at 1340UT //846
774 JOUB man in Japanese 1325UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

549 2CR man mumbling 1323-4UT, //612
621 3RN deep in the splatter and murk, folky vocal music //576 1339UT
747 JOIB lessons //774 1335UT
846 2RN woman talking, folky music //576 1340UT
1053 Korean jammer 1330UT
1116 man talking, DU English inflection 1337UT
1287 JOHR? woman talking, Japanese inflection 1335UT
1566 HLAZ? man talking, Japanese inflection 1335UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)

 603 729 756 882 972 1098 1386

best wishes,

Nick
