[IRCA] TP 13 Sep Victoria version
No doubt that conditions are improving, though all Asian today, some
Chinese and further hints thereof also.

Japanese //774 1335UT

understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
567 JOIK man in Japanese //594 1309UT
738 rhythmic pop music 1334UT, sounded like Tahiti's programming,
though Taiwan Fisheries earlier

972 HLCA pop music peaking 1303UT; weaker 1307UT with woman in Korean
1287 JOHR woman in Japanese 1325UT
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
558 woman talking 1336-7UT, sounded Korean, no sign of 603 though.
1575 VoA. "Voice of America, Washington" by man 1259UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
702 NHK2, big carrier, Chinese lessons //774 1339UT
738 Taiwan Fisheries quiet pop vocal 1321UT //1143
954 man and woman talking, Japanese inflection, relatively subdued
1348UT, had to null 950 further during live listening; mildly better
on north Flag
963 CRI instrumental music, woman talking //1323 1324UT
981 woman talking, Chinese inflection 1339UT
1017 CRI? woman talking, Korean inflection followed by musical interlude 1331UT
1143 Taiwan Fisheries quiet pop vocal 1321UT //738
1206 woman talking, off channel, Yanbian likely? 1323UT
1323 CRI instrumental music, woman talking //963 somewhat delayed 1324UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
612 639 657 675 864 873 909 936 1035 1044 1098 1134 1503
