Going from memory, I think the CRI Korean service has been on 1323 for
a long time. Normally, we hear the Russian service tx from
Heilongjiang province on 1323 because the antenna apparently points
this way. The Korean tx in Jilin has a DA to the south, but has
occasionally been heard in this part of the world.

But we're talking about 1323, which has always been a CRI Russian
frequency. Just checking PAL shows it on in RR from 10:00. Paul,
you have
to use UTC. Otherwise no one will follow you properly. Was your
reception before or after 10:00? Walt

Sounds Korean to my ears...
