I wonder why the relatively small Haitian population in the US is
responsible for so many pirates? I have heard as many as 6 different ones in
the Miami are on a single drive around town, and they seem to have sprung up
on FM in other FL cities, around NY, DC and elsewhere.

It occurred to me there might also be an active pirate
off the coast near Boston...they do haitian
programming all over the xband...
